Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Rates We offer several shipping options for domestic orders:
Domestic (United States):
- Economy USPS: $4.90 - $19.90 (5-7 business days)
- Standard Shipping: $6.90 - $9.90 (3-5 business days)
- Priority Shipping: $12.00 (2-3 business days)
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order (and sometimes the destination.)
FOB Shipping Point All shipments are FOB (Free On Board) shipping point. This means that title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. Once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier, Crooked Wood Products is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Delivery Times Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Tracking All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
