Refund policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Eligible Items Standard, non-customized wood products may be returned within the 30-day window if they meet the conditions above.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized wood products
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Products damaged due to improper care or environmental factors (humidity, temperature changes)

Natural Variations Please note that natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of handcrafted wood products and are not considered defects. These variations are not grounds for return.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
